<br />-SECTION ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person or porsons operating nny metalliforous mine o mill
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Burson of Mines and state when work is c
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall roport on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with I ~,,
<br />the postoffice address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the namo of the county and mining ;
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into - i
<br />miners, trnmmers, timbennea ore assortess, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out ~.:~
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lesseo operating a metalliferous mine or mill Ii:1,
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed ggnnsslty of a misde- !', ~,
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be jiable to the peanlty prosenbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($a.00), nor more than three hundred ~!-.
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court. ~ ~.
