<br />distrtct, together with Lhe number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammere, timbermen ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section s~rall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Dfines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, managetor lessee operating a metallifemns mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gmlty oP a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 aftthis gp~,.pr to.a.Fme ofn not 1esslthan tT~enty-Eve dollars ($J"5.00), nor more than three hundred -
<br />dollars (a300.00Y Yo aeh`"aad 'every'provismn'not~comphed with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
