<br />$aaxrox 20.` -Twenty-second.-That anypereon or persona operating any metalliteroue mine or mill anal ~.
<br />-employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oY Mince and state when workie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report no- or before Decembor 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the names oP the owaore and managers or lessee is charge oP said work, together with the
<br />postofoce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oY man employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen. ore asaorters, mill meD, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provieiene of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliYeroue mine ar mill in
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provlslons-herein set 4orth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed i¢ section 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lase than twenty-five dollars (S2a.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (£300,00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
