<br />employing Sve on more men, aball report the same to. the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and mhea stopped, and mince working continuously shall report ou or before December 1, oY each year,

<br />'`}J( postoffice address, the name of the. claim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />- mere, timbermen. ore aseorters, mill men, teameter& etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />th'ie section shall be Ynrnishod upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliteroua mine or mill in
<br />tie state, who fade. to comply with the provisions-herein set 4orth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />y ,~ inst this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed is section 13 of this
<br />7~ ~ act, or to a fine of not lees than twenty-five dollars (625.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (6300.00), for
