<br />meoced and when stopped, and minee'working continuously shall reportnn or before December 1,'oE each year,
<br />together"with _the-names of the owners nod-sianagere or. lessee in-charge of said work together with the
<br />postoffice address, the name oL the claim or claims to be operated, the name o4 the county and mining district,
<br />togeth'ar with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled into mioete, tram-
<br />mere,'timberman, ore aesorkere, mill men, teamsters, std :Ths necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oP
<br />this section shall bo furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />TWentyseventh.-Any person, owner; agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who tails to domply with the provisions herein-set forth,shall bs deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecribdd in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a: fine of not lees than twenty-five dollare.(525.00),;nor more than. three hundred dollars (5300.00), 4or
<br />each and every provision net complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court. -
