<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report m Lhe Bureau ~ of Mines and state when work ie commenced
<br />mithwthen names ofatheowners andnmanagers orl lessee inpchargeoof esldework, together with ther~poegtoffice
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, wgether
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />bermen, ore assortera, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished uponapplication by the Commissioner of Mines.
