<br />_ _ _ 5soxrox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or parsons operating any metalliferous mine or mill and ,
<br />- employing flvo or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau o4 Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, sod mince working continuously shall report on or before December 1, 04 each year,
<br />- _ _ _ together with the names oP the owners and mauagere or lessee i¢ charge o4 said work, together with the
<br />postofilce addrose, the name o4 tho claim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miners, trnm-
<br />- - - - mere, timbermen, ore aeaortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oP
<br />this eectio¢ shall be Yurniehed upon application by the Commiaeio¢er o4 Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mind or mill in
<br />- - - - this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herei¢~ eat forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oP ~thie
<br />act, or to a fine oP not less than twenty-five dollars (526.00), ¢or more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), Por
