<br />menced sod when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report as or before December 1, of each year,

<br />postoflice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the same o4 the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or radirectly, the same being claseifled into miners, tram-
<br />_ _ _ _ mere, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the proviaione o4 {
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commiesionor o4 Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />- - - - this state, who Esile to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 04 this
<br />~~ act, or to a fine oY not lees than twenty-five dollars ($25,00), nor more than threo hundred dollars ($300.00), 4or
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
