<br />--- employiogfivo or more men, shell report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year, "'
<br />together with the names oP the owners and managers or leeeee In charge oP said work, together with the
<br />--- postoffice address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram- li ~~
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aseorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by rho Commissioner oP Mines.
