<br />employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report ou or boPore December 1, of each yeas;
<br />- - ~~ - together with the names of the owners and managers or leeaeo rn charge oP ~eaid work, together with the
<br />poetot$ce address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, tl;e name o4 the county and mining district, -
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into minors, tram-
<br />- - - - mere, timbermen, ore aeeortera, mill men, teametera, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oY
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines. ~ -

<br />each and every proviaioa not complied witb, or both, at tho discretion of the court.
