<br />employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau o4 Miaea aad state when work ie eom- '
<br />menced aad when stopped, and mines working continuously eh¢]1 report on or beYore December 1, 04 oath year, ..
<br />together with the tiames oP the owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together with the '
<br />postoffice address, the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP mon employed, directly or mdiroetly, the soma being claeeifled into minors, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore assortera, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the proviaione o4 .
<br />this section shall be furaiehed upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Yails to comply with the proviaione herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, whon not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed is eectiaa 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ("25.00), nor more than Three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the diecretioa oY the court.
