<br />Twentyseventh.-Any pereon, owner, agent, managor or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in

<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise providod, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($20.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (,4300.00), for
