<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any poreoa, owner, agent, manager or leases operating a metalliYeroue mine or mill in '
<br />------ this state, who fails to comply with the provieione herein set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oP this
<br />net, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars (526.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300,00), Por
