<br />employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com- -
<br />- menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or beYore December 1, 04 each year;
<br />. _ _ _ together with the -names oP the owners and masagere or lessee in charge oP said work,together with the - `~
<br />postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county sod mining flietrict,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or Indirectly, the same being claesif[ed into miners, tram-
<br />- - - mere, timbermen, ore aeaorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The neceesnry blanks to carry out the provisions o4
<br />this section shall ba Yurniehed upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a meta]]iYeroue mine or mill in

<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 04 this

<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the.diecretion oP the court.
