<br />ssoxrox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person br persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill;and;`
<br />---- ~employiog five or more men, shell report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when workisihom-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, 04 eacli year, ~'
<br />together with the names oY the owners and managers or lessee is charge of said work, together with the
<br />- - - - postoffice address, the Game oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining dtetriet,
<br />together with the number o4 mea employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, oro aesortere, mill mon, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the. provisions of
<br />-.--- this section shall be Puraiahed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-eeveath.-Any pereoa, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in

<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25,00), nor more than three hundred dollars (x+300.00), for
<br />. _ _ _ each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
