<br />8aortoN 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons oporatiog any metalliferous mine or mill and. ~~
<br />employing flue or more men, shell report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com~'
<br />meoced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oY each year, ;
<br />together with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />paetotflce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,. .
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram- '
<br />mere, timbermea, ore aeaortere, mill men, teametexs, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions o4
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill is
<br />this state, who Palle to comply with the provisions herein set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty o4 a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oP not lees than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
