<br />postoffice address, the name of tho claim or claims to bo operated, the name of the eouaty and mining district,'
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, pram= '

<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines,
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />_ _ this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liableto the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oY not ]see than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (6300.00), for
<br />--- each and ovary provision not complied with, or both, et the discretion oY the court.
