<br />$saxrox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill and ,
<br />employing 8ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state wlieu work ie com• '
<br />menced and' when stopped, and mines working eoatinuauely shall report on or before December 1, oL each year;
<br />'togethor with the names of the owners and managore or leeaee in ch¢rge of said work, together with the
<br />postotHce address, tho name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />togethor with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claseifled into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbarmen, ore aeeorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. Tho necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be Purviehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leases operating s motalliteroue mine or mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall bo deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor '
<br />egainat this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall ba liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to n fine oP net less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), Por
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretiod oY tho court.
