<br />employing fiveor moremen, shell report the same to~the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com-` ~ '
<br />---- menced and when stopped, nad mines working coatinuouely shall report on or before Decomber 1, of each year,
<br />.together with the names oP the owners as managers or lessee in charge of said work, 'together with the
<br />- _ _ _ postoHiceaddrees, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oL men employod, directly or indirectly, the same being claesifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, oro eeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provieione of
<br />. _ _ _ this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner o4 Mines.
<br />Twenty-eeveath.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Ysila to comply with the provieione herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty oL a misdemeanor
<br />- - - against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to tho penalty prescribed in section 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a fine oP sot less tban twenty-flue dollars (S2ii.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
