<br />QEOPION 20. Twenty-second.-That any porecn or persona oporating any metalliferous mine or mill and;.
<br />_ _ _ employing flue or more men, shell report tho same to the Bureau oP Minos and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together With the names oP the owners and managers or ]eases en charge oY said work, together with the
<br />_ _ _ postofitco address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county sod mining district,
<br />together with the numbor oP men omployed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbermen, ore aeeorters, mill man, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry ovt the provisions o4
<br />--- this eoction shall be Yurniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Auy person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />- -' against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (525.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (x300.00), for
<br />_ _ _ each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
