<br />together with the cumber oY mon employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeaifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, oro aseortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provieioae oP
<br />this section shall be Yurniehed upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines.
<br />' Twenty-seventh.-Any person, ownor, agent, manager or ]eases operating a metalliYeroue mine or mill in
<br />this etato, who Yaile to comply with the provieioae herein set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to tho penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a line oY not less than twenty-five dollars (526.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
