<br />Bnoxrox. ?A. Twenty-second.-That any pereon~or persona operating any metalliferous mine or mil] and
<br />_ _ employing flue or more men, shell report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie eom- '~•
<br />menced and when etoppod, and mines working continuously shall report on or before Decembor 1, 04 each year, ~ ~''~ `
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with the
<br />-- postoffica address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name o4 the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or Indirectly, the same being claseifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, otc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />-- this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manager or leases operating a metalliferous mina or mill is
<br />_ _ this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set 4orth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (526.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (5300,00), for
<br />_ _ each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
