<br />$ncmrox 20. Thab any owner, person or persohs operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical'
<br />plant and employing two or more mea shall report to theBurean ofIIfines and state when work is commenced
<br />and when stopped, and. mineeworking continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with-the names of the owners and managers or leaeaeim charge of said work, together with the postoffice
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the. Dame of the couDty and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same tieing classified into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aseortere, millmeD teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out. the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon applicationby the Commissioner ofMines.
<br />$acmrox 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether. individual partnership or uorporatfon, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state,. who fails tocomply withthe provisions. herein set
<br />forth, or either or say thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a miedemeanor,`anfl when not otherwise provided, shall "
<br />be liable to a flee of not lase than twenty-five dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (~30U.00) for
<br />each pprovision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failm~eto comply with sny provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordiaglyr
