The capacity is I00 tone in 24 hours. <br />Tlie ore is taken from the Comet Crus2ur at the tvm>el-house by a <br />double cable trtmvay; 1300 feet of the milli and run to the stamps of which <br />there are thirty; from the stamps it is tvn through 18-mesh screens of the <br />different batteries thence over the plates; the concentrating ore passing <br />over the plates !s conveyed through Hydraulic aizers and distributed to nine <br />~~rue Vanner tables. Tha largest saving is made on the plates. The coacen- <br />trates are about 35 tons in ono. The stamps are 1050 pounds each. Tlsey <br />are only working 20 stamps at present. <br />Three men run the mill.
