<br />poeto~ca address, the name o[ the claim or claims to be operated, the uame of the coooty and mining district,
<br />together with the avmber o[ men employed, dlreMly or kdrrectly, the eamo being classified into miuen, tnm•
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mBl men, teametan, etc. The aeareeary blanks to carry not the provkiooe of
<br />this section shall be turatehed apoa application by the Commissioner of Mines.
