<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report io the Bureau of Mince and state when wotk ferummenced
<br />and when stopped; and mines work[ng wntinnously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, tpgether
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee Ia charge of said work, to ther with the poatoffice
<br />address; the Hams of tho claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and m[ning district, togethes
<br />with the number of men employed, d'uectly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />barmen, ore aeeortera, mIIlmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out Lhe provisions oP this section
<br />shall be fnraiehed upon application by the Commissioner o4 Mines.
<br />Sacrroa 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lesseeq whether individual, partnership ar corporntiou, operating " -
<br />ametalliferous mine, mtlt or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the proviaioas herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed gailty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherariee provided, shall "' '
<br />be liable to a fine of not leas than twenty-five dollars {826.00} nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for
<br />each pprovision not rnmplied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof, -
<br />ehalI be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
