<br />SECTIOS ?A. Twenty-ennead.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine o mill
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Barean o[ DIines and state when work is
<br />monced and when stopped; and mines work,ag continuously shall report on or before December 1 0[ each
<br />year, together with the names o[ the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~er with
<br />the postoeice address, the name o[ the claim or claims to be operated, the name oI the county and mining
<br />distnct, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same bein classified into
<br />misers, trammera, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. Tho necessary binn~s to carry oat
<br />the provisions o[ this section shall be tarnished upon application by the Commissioner o[ 3llnes.
<br />Twenty-seventh. slay person, owner, agent, maangeror lessen opemting a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comp)y with the provisions herein set forth shall bo doomed guilty o[ a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall bo ~iable to the penalty pprescribed in
<br />section 13 0[ this act, or to n flan of not Ices than twenty-flue dollars ($'x.00), nor moro then thteo hundred
<br />dollars ($700.00), Yor each and every provision not complied with, or both, at tbo discretion o[ the court.
