<br />8acrxox ?A. .Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any metalliteroue mina or mill and ~-
<br />employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Miuee and state whon work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and miaea working continuously shall report ou or before December 1, of each year, _,_
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or leeeee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postofSce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county and mining district,
<br />together withtho number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesifled into miners, tram- '.
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teametore, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oY
<br />this section shall be Yurniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />TWeaty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leeeee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, Who Yaila to comply with the provisions herein set 4orth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, wheD not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lase than twenty-13ve dollars (325.00), Dor more than three hundred dolls;e ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not compliod with, or both, at the discretion of the court. ~ -
