<br />J_CMQ[j SyATION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any metalliferous mine or mill and
<br />employing five or- more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state wh~an work ie com-
<br />meacad and when stopped, and mines working continuously ahail report on or before December 1, 04 each year,
<br />_ _ _ _ _ _ together with the names o4 the owoars and managers or lasses in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address; the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />- together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />------ meta, timbermen, oxeaseortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the pxovieioae oY
<br />this section shall be 4urniehed upon application by the Commissioner o4 Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalli4arous mina or mill in
<br />-- -- - - this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set 4orth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />- act, or to a fine o4 not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($?A0.00), for
<br />--'--- each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
