<br />BecrLOn 20. Twenty-second.-That any pereoa or persons operating any metallitoroue. mine or mill and ~~~-
<br />employing five ormore man, shall report the same to the Bureau oP Minos and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the aamee of the Dwaere and managers or leases in charge o4 said work, together with the ,
<br />poetoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operatod, the name oP the county and mining district,
<br />together with the nvmbor of men employed, directly or indirectly, rho coma being claseifled into miner& tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore eeaorters, mill meD, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions o4
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commiaeioner of Mines. '
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any pereoa, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Eaile to comply with the provisioner harem set forth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, sad, when sot otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecribed in section 13 of this
<br />set, or to a fine of not lase than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hvvdred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision net complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
