<br />~ BvorLOx 20. Twenty-eewnd.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine.or mill and ~~~
<br />'-- employing $ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oP. Mines and state whoa work ie com-
<br />menced asd when stopped, and mines workicg continuously shall report on or before December 1, oP each year,
<br />together with the names o4 the owners aD managers or lessee in charge o4 said work, together with t¢e
<br />posto~ce flddreee, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district, i
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />_ mere, timbermen, ore aesortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, mapager or lessee operating a metalliYerous mine or mi!1 in
<br />-. this state, who Pails to comply with the provistone herein eat Yorth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shat] be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />net, of to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (526.00), nor morn than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />-- each and every provision not complied with, or both, et the discretion oY the court.
