<br />--- employing five or more men, eh911 report the s¢me to the Bureau o4 Mines and state when work ie com-
<br />meaced and when stopped, and mines working nontinueuely shall report on or before Decomber 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the names oP thebwners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />--- postofitce address, tho name oP the claim or claims to ba operated, the name of the county and mining district, '
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore seeortere, mill men, teamsters, ate. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />- this section shall be Yuraiehed upon application by the Commieeioaer of Mince.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, managor or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in

<br />against this act, and, when sot otherwise provided, ehall~be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
