<br />employing five or more men, shell report the same to the Bureau of Mines and elate when work is com-.
<br />meaced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,-- (!~ '

<br />postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated. the name of the county and mining district, ~ ;:
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
