<br />SEOTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any poraon or persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill and °-~'~=.~.+~

<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working eontinuouely shall roport ou or before Decembor 1, d4 each year,
<br />- together with the names of the owners and managsre or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address, the name o4 the claim or claims to ba operated, the name of tho county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />_ _ _ mere, timbermea, ore aseorters, mill men, teamsters, ote. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions o4
<br />this section shall be Yuraiehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mince.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any poreon, owner, agent, managor or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />---- this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this net, and, when not otherwieo provided, shall ba liable to tho penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oP not less than twenty-five dollars (325.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (3300.00), for
<br />---- each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the diecrotion of the court. --
