<br />,SEQPION 20. Twenty-sewbd. That any person or poreone operating agy metalliferous mine or mill and ~~ ~-
<br />employing fivo or more men, shall report the saran to the Bureau DE Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with .the names oP the owners and managers or leeaee in charge o2 said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP, men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, oxe aseorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the pxovieione of
<br />this section shall be 4urnished upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Ysila to comply with the provisions herein eat forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oY this
<br />act, or to a fine oP sot less than twenty-five dollars (825.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (,1300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
