<br />menced aad when stopped, and miaea working continuously shall report on or beYore December 1, oP each yeas.;
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with the
<br />postoffiee eddreae, the name oY the claim or claims to bo operatod, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with tho number oP me¢ employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, oro assortere, mill mon, teamsters, etc. Tho necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oY
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commiesioaer oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill is
<br />this etato, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, aad, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to tho penalty pxeacribed in section 13 oP this
<br />act, or to a fine oP not lees than twenty-fivo dollars (S2"a.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), Por
<br />each end every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
