<br />employiog~fivo or more men, shall roport the same to tho Bureau of Mines and state when work is tom-. {~,
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines workingg continuously shall report on or before December 1, of oath yeaq~~
<br />together with the namee of tho owners and managers or loeeee in ehargo of said work, together with the':
<br />poeto~ce address, the name of the claim or claims to bo operated, the name oY the county and mining district, \`~
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into~nmers, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, oro aseortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the prapisione of
<br />this section shall be Eurniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines. -
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any peraoD, owner, agent; manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Pai]e to comply with the provisions herein eet forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor '
<br />against this act, and; when not otherwise provided, shat] be liable to the penalty prescribed in eectioD 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twonty-five dollate ($2x.00), nor more than three hundred do]]are (8300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
