<br />menced and when stopped, and mines workingg continuously shall report on or before December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the nnmee oY the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the '
<br />poetolflce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district.

<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mina or mill in
<br />this state, who Yaile to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oP not lees than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (3300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
