<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each veer,
<br />-- together with the names oP the owners and managers or insaee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poatofiice address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district.
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-~ "
<br />--- mere, timbermen, ore seeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions-ot
<br />this section shall be Purnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Miaee.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Aay person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the peD¢lty prescribed in section 13 of thin
<br />_ _ act, or to a fine oP not less than twenty-five dollars (84x.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (8300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
