<br />BEOTIOH 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or pereohs operating any metalliferous mine or mill agd ~t3 ~
<br />employigg five or more men, shall rsport the samo to the Bureau of Mines agd state when work.is com-
<br />menced agd wheg stopped, agd mines working continuously shall roport on or baYere December 1, 04 each year,
<br />togothor with. the names of the owners and managore or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffiee address, the uame oP the claim or claims to be opsrated, the namo of the cougty agd minigg district,
<br />together with the number oY meg employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram- _
<br />mare, timbermen, ore aseortors, milt men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be Yurnishod upog application by the Commissioner of Dunes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or ieesee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in '
<br />this etato, who Pails to comply with the provieioae herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />agaigat this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall bo liablo to the penalty preeeribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oY not lees than twenty-five dollars (S'?a.00), nor morn than three hundred dollars (3300.00); for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
