<br />$xorrox 20. Twenty~aecond, That any poreoD or persona operating any meta11i4eroue mine or mill and
<br />employing five of more men, shell report the same to the Bureau oY Mines and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the names oY the owners and managers or ]setae in charge of said work, together with the ~ ~ -
<br />poatofiice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermea, ore aeeortere, mill man, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upov application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any poreon, owner, agent, manager or ]esaee operating a metalliYerous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who sails to comply with the provisions herein set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ]inble to the penalty prescribed is eection 13 of this
<br />net, or to a fine oP not lees than twenty-five dollars (5=x.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (1300.00), Yor
