<br />$eorroN 20. Twonty.eecond.-That any poreon or persona operating any metalliferous mine or mill and ~°)°~
<br />employing flue or more men, shall report the eamo to the Bureau oC Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with tho names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the '•,
<br />poatoffice address, the name o! the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the wunty and mining district,
<br />together with~the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliieroue mine or mill in~,
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set Yorth, shall 6e deemed guilty o[ a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and,. when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preeeribed in section 13 oY thi9
<br />act, or to a Sae of not lase than twenty-five dollars (825.00), nor morn than three hundred dollars ($300.(10), for
<br />each and every provision sot complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
