<br />this section etiall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines,
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manger or leesee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein eat Yorth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />agaioat this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oP this
<br />set, or to a fine oP not leee than twenty-five dollars (S?5.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (b300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the diecrepion of the court.
