<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or ]eases operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />state, who Yails to comply with the provisions herein eat Porth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />net this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the pe¢alty prescribed in section 13 04 this
