<br />l3s:omroN 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any metalliferous mi¢eor mill a¢d 532 ~<
<br />employing five or more men, shall sport the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com•
<br />menced sod when stopped, and mines workingg continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with the
<br />poeto~ce address, the name o4 the claim or claims to be operatod, the name of the county and mining district.
<br />together with the number oP~ men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claaeified into miners, tram-
<br />more, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. Tha necessary bla¢ke to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be Yurniehed upon application by tho Commissioner of iKinea.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill i¢
<br />this state, who Yails to comply with the provisions haroi¢ set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed ~n section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oY not lees than twenty-five dollars (S?a.00), nor more than three hundred dollaxa ($300.00), Yor
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court. -
