<br />This Company was incorporated in I'ebruary 1900, .under the laws of the Mate of Colorado,

<br /> 178 acres, on Tenderfoot Hill, and the Deadwood No. 1, Deadwood No. 2, Deadwood hTO. 3 and

<br />Deadwood No. 4 lode mining claims, IT. S. Survey No. 9998, containing 23.237 acres, also on Ten-
<br /> derfoot Hill, all in the Cripple Creek Mining District, Teller County, Colorado. The Alta blout
<br /> p is held under United States patent and the Deadwood group under receiver's receipt. It
