<br />s]GDTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill and
<br />employingflve or more man, shell report the came to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously ekall report on or before December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the names o4 the owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together with the
<br />postoflice address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP man employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timberman, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The neceesary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section ehal] be Yurniehed upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines,
<br />Twenty-seventh,-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Eails to comply with the provisions herein sst forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against thia act, and, when not otherwias provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribetl in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not ]esa than twenty-five dollars ($26.00),nor more than throe hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the .discretion o4 the court.
