<br />&EDrrox 20. Twenty-eeeond.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill and
<br />employing flue or more men, shell report the same to the Bureau oY Mines and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shnll report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names o4 the owners and managers or leases in charge of said work, together with the _
<br />poatoffice address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />msre, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, ate. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />thin section shall be turniehed upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines. -
<br />Twonty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine ar mill in
<br />this state, who Yails to comply with the provisions herein set 4orth, shall be deemed guilty of n misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oP not ]sea than twenty-five dollars (S`lo•00), ear more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), Yox
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, nt the discretion of the court.
