<br />.._._._ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ___ gsoa'rox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any matallitaroue mine or mill and
<br />employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Minos and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1. of each year,
<br />-------------_____ ~ together with the names of tho owners and managers or leases in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the wunty and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />----------- -------- mere, timbermen, ore aseortare, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions o4
<br />this section shall ba Yurnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />- _ _ Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliteroue mine or mill in
<br />-------'- this state, who Ysile to comply with the provisions herein sot forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 33 of this
