<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oY not lees than twenty-five dollars (S2i.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (x3300.00), Por
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
